“Brandon is one of the best content designers/strategists I have worked with in my 15 year career in Content Design. I had the pleasure of having him in my Content Design team at Babylon. He has a great skill for breaking down complex problems and using insight and empathy to create an actionable content strategy. Brandon works well with business partners and peers alike, influencing the stakeholders in the benefits of thinking content-first and mentoring less-experienced colleagues. He’s confident working with ambiguity and faces challenges with a positive attitude. In his next role, Brandon will no doubt establish himself as a design leader and be an invaluable asset to the team and business.”

  • Daphne Gaghagen, Content Strategist

“Brandon was recruited to our team for the Lead Content Strategist role, and for good reason.

He is the guy to have a conversation with if content strategy is performative or an afterthought in your organization. His methodical, well-practiced research and data-based approach strikes at the heart of what content strategy SHOULD be; user-centered and insight-driven.

He is also as kind and affable as he is professional, and a wonderful teacher. Compassion and empathy are two of the characteristics that make up good content strategists, and he has both in spades. Don’t let someone else snatch him up!”

“First of all I want you to know that Brandon is an absolute diamond, and here's why:

    Project management

When I started working with Brandon, the project we were working on was rather loose, ill defined and discussions were circular. Brandon elevated the team's thinking so that the team could refocus on the overall project goals, where we would be most impactful and be most efficient. he saw what needed to be done quickly and acted upon it.

    Storytelling

He is clearly gifted at this, as he helped the team organise it's thinking so that we could speak persuasively with other teams and stakeholders. He has a calm, inclusive manner that makes his story telling so authentic.

    Content strategy and design

This is obviously his superpower. I have learnt from seeing Brandon at work that content is something that requires effort, planning and making judgments. It takes skill to craft meaning succinctly, it takes a willingness to try and then, if needed, refine. Inevitably, his solutions were always better than anything else the team could come up with. Which made our solution that much more effective.

    Attitude

I truly enjoyed working with Brandon and am extremely sorry that I didn't get to work with him for longer. He is the sort of person you know you can rely on, who will say what needs to be said when you need to hear it, and that's hard sometimes, but it is right.

He is a stellar human being and I feel richer for knowing him.”

“During our time working together, Brandon taught me a great deal about what excellent content strategists do: they ask deep, user-centric questions about the product, they align parts of the product to transform the user experience, and they provide a great sense of direction about how to frame products to our users in the long term. I was impressed by Brandon's strategic thinking, his perspective on our data and problems, and his proposal of solutions. I feel so lucky to have worked with him directly and indirectly. He has been an asset to my team, extremely collaborative, and simply an absolute pleasure to work with.”

  • Audra Holmes, Global Director, Content, Customer Experience, and Digital Transformation

“Brandon is one of those standout team members that you love to watch grow. No matter the challenge, Brandon pushes himself and his team forward with his strategic thinking, his creative gift with copywriting and content delivery, and his enthusiastic and collaborative attitude. Whether he is required to lead a difficult project or to dig-in and make it happen by himself, he will always make sure that the job gets done – and done correctly. He was an incredible teammate that I both managed and partnered with for many different projects because I knew he was that gem that would ensure success while also being a joy to work with and manage. Without hesitation, I would put Brandon on any of my projects or teams and know that wherever he ends up, his new teams and managers will feel the same.”

  • Rey Reynoso, Senior Director Enterprise Customer Journey Transformation

“Brandon is one of those rare individuals that manages to combine talent, professionalism, and strategic thinking with good-natured humanity and the wherewithal to make things happen. You could rely on him to strategically formulate what needed to be done, partner with people to outline how it could be done, and then roll up his sleeves to make sure it got done. Add him to your network or, better, get him to join your team. He’s worth it.”
